CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and is a way for community members to share in the benefits and risks of local agriculture. When a crop is plentiful all members benefit, if a crop fails, the loss is shared. A CSA program benefits the farmer and the consumer. Our CSA program helps us to offer the highest quality products on a consistent basis.

Farm shares are a way to invest in a local business, real people, and your local food system. A weekly share provides a household with fresh greens, lettuce, and herbs. This money helps pay for seeds, growing medium, nutrients, and keeping the lights on in our farm. Long term commitments stabilize farm income during the seasonal population fluctuations. Our farm could not operate without our dedicated CSA members.

We are Teton Valley’s only year round farm growing 100% of our crops hydroponically. Our indoor shipping container farm is ultra efficient allowing us to maximize inputs and minimize waste. We use less than five gallons of water a day- that’s 99% less than traditionally irrigated farms! Our head lettuce and herbs are harvested with roots on which keeps them fresher longer. When stored properly, they will last two to four weeks in the fridge.
